It was the best night in this hotel. Font desk staffs are nice and welcome. Bed is so softy and comfy. The good pick up and drop off at the airport.

We needed a location convenient to an early morning departure at PHX. The room was great, the executive lounge well appointed, and to food wonderful. Joelita in the executive lounge was a great help!

So many airport hotels are kind of soulless. That is definitely not the case at Marriott Phoenix Airport. We were picked at the airport by Robert, the loveliest shuttle driver. He sees all kinds of people all day long, but he was so gracious and seemed to genuinely enjoy talking to us. He is a great ambassador for the hotel and Phoenix. At reception, we met Roseanna, who was just as lovely. It must be so tiring to go over the same information all day long, but she was so warm and welcoming. The most important but least seen in a hotel are the housekeeping staff. Our room was spotless. And thank you to Joelita in the concierge lounge - she was working hard by herself. Congratulations to the manager of this Marriott property. Your staff make you look really good.

Hotel is conveniently located. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had to cut our stay short. Lounge breakfast was good. Easy parking.

Sylvia was wonderful and friendly. Hope Im coming back soon, the food was fresh, very tasteful, and it didn’t take long for it to come to my table.
